Announcements

The Announcements feature lets you post and view important messages from your organization.

Viewing Announcements

Access announcements from the sidebar under General > Announcements. Recent announcements may also appear on your dashboard.

Who Can Create Announcements

Admins and Owners can create announcements. Regular employees can view and comment but cannot post.

Creating an Announcement

When creating an announcement you can:

• Set visibility — Choose company-wide or specific stores. Company-wide announcements are visible to everyone; store-specific ones are only shown to members of those stores.
• Write content — Use the TipTap rich text editor for formatted content: headings, lists, links, and more.
• Pin — Pin important announcements so they stay at the top of the list.

Comments

Discuss announcements with your team using comments. Add a comment to ask questions or share feedback. Comments appear below the announcement.

Unread Tracking

A count of unread announcements is shown so you know when there's new content to read. Mark announcements as read when you've viewed them.

Dashboard

Recent announcements appear on the dashboard for quick access. This ensures important updates are visible without navigating to the full announcements list.
