Logging In

This page explains how to sign in to Arbeon and switch between companies if you belong to more than one.

Accessing the Portal

1. Open your web browser and go to your organization's Arbeon portal URL. This is typically a custom URL such as storemanager.yourcompany.com or a URL provided by your admin.
2. You should see the Arbeon login page with fields for email and password.

Entering Your Credentials

1. Enter the email address associated with your Arbeon account.
2. Enter your password.
3. Click Sign In (or press Enter).

What Happens After Login

• Your session is stored securely in cookies. You remain logged in until you sign out or your session expires.
• After a successful login, you're automatically redirected to the Dashboard.
• If you entered invalid credentials, you'll see an error message. Check your email and password, and try again.

Switching Companies

If you belong to multiple companies (for example, you work with several franchises or brands), you can switch between them without logging out:

1. Click your profile icon or name in the top bar (usually in the top-right corner).
2. Open the profile menu and look for a company switcher or Switch company option.
3. Select the company you want to work in.
4. The app reloads with the selected company's data, stores, and settings.

This makes it easy to manage multiple organizations from a single account.

Troubleshooting

• Forgot password — Use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset your password via email.
• Account locked — Contact your admin if you're locked out after multiple failed attempts.
• Wrong company — Use the profile menu to switch companies as described above.
