Users

Manage team members and their roles.

Users

The Users settings page lets you manage team members and their roles. Navigate to Settings > Users to access it.

Viewing Users

View all users in your company. Each user's details and role assignments are listed.

Inviting New Users

To invite a new user:

  1. Enter their email address
  2. Enter their name
  3. Assign a company role (Admin, Viewer)

New users receive an invitation to join and set up their account.

Company Roles

Company roles apply across the entire company:

  • Owner — Full control (one per company)
  • Admin — Can manage most settings and users
  • Viewer — Read-only access

Store Roles

Assign users to stores with store-specific roles:

  • Shift Manager — Can manage shifts and attendance for that store
  • Staff — Basic access (view schedule, punch in/out, request leave)

A user can belong to multiple stores with different roles in each.

Editing Users

Edit user details and role assignments at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Deactivating Users

Deactivate users who are no longer with the team. Deactivated users lose access but their historical data is preserved.
