Appointment Settings

Configure your booking system.

Appointment Settings

The Appointment Settings page lets you configure the booking system for your stores. Navigate to Settings > Appointments to access it.

Per-Store Configuration

Booking settings are configured per store. Each store can have different availability, services, and options.

Settings Include

  • Enable/disable booking — Turn booking on or off for a store
  • Available hours — When customers can book appointments
  • Appointment duration — Default length of appointments
  • Buffer time — Gap between appointments (e.g., for cleanup or preparation)
  • Blocked dates — Holidays, closures, or other dates when booking is unavailable

Services (Multi-Service Mode)

If multi-service mode is enabled, you can define services that customers can book:

  • Create services — Name, duration, and description
  • Reorder services — Change the order in which they appear
  • Toggle active/inactive — Show or hide specific services
  • Delete services — Remove services you no longer offer

Effect of Changes

Settings control what customers see on the public booking page. Changes take effect immediately — customers will see updated availability and options as soon as you save.
