The Exceptions page helps you detect and resolve attendance issues. Navigate to Manage > Exceptions to access it.
What Are Exceptions?
Exceptions are attendance anomalies detected by the system. They indicate situations that may need review or correction, such as:
- Late arrival
- Early departure
- Absent
- Missed punch
- Other irregular attendance patterns
Detecting Exceptions
You can detect exceptions for:
- A specific store
- The entire company
Choose the scope that matches what you need to review.
Exception Details
Each exception shows:
- Employee name
- Exception type
- Date
- Additional details specific to the issue
Resolving Exceptions
Review each exception and take appropriate action. You can mark exceptions as handled once they have been addressed. Resolving exceptions helps:
- Maintain accurate attendance records
- Identify patterns (e.g., recurring lateness)
- Ensure payroll and reporting data is correct
