Dashboard

The Dashboard is your home base in Arbeon. When you log in, you land on the Dashboard — a single screen that shows the current date, your status, key stats, today's schedule, and shortcuts to common actions. Use it to quickly see where you stand and get things done.

Greeting & Date

At the top of the Dashboard, a greeting welcomes you and displays the current date. The message updates based on the time of day (e.g., morning, afternoon, evening) and helps orient you as soon as you open the app.

Status Badge

A status badge shows your current punch state:

• Working — You are clocked in and actively working.
• On Break — You have clocked out for a break (Break Start punch).
• Not Clocked In — You have not punched in today, or you have clocked out for the day.

This badge gives you and your managers an at-a-glance view of your attendance status.

Stats Cards

Several stat cards summarize your week:

• Scheduled shifts this week — How many shifts you're assigned to.
• Hours worked — Total hours you have logged so far (typically this week or pay period).
• Pending requests — Number of leave requests, correction requests, or other items awaiting approval.

These numbers help you stay on top of your workload and commitments.

Today's Schedule

The Today's Schedule section lists your shifts for the current day. For each shift, you can see the time range, store, and role. If you have no shifts today, the section will indicate that as well.

Quick Actions

Shortcuts let you jump to common tasks without navigating the full menu:

• Request Leave — Open the leave request form.
• View Corrections — Go to the Corrections page to submit or view correction requests.
• View Timesheets — Open the Timesheets page to review your hours.

Recent Announcements

A widget shows recent announcements from your company or store. Announcements are pinned updates from admins or managers about policy changes, events, or other important information. Checking this section regularly keeps you informed.

Last Punch Time

Your most recent punch time is displayed on the Dashboard. This confirms when you last clocked in or out and helps you avoid duplicate punches or uncertainty about your current status.
