Manage your physical store locations.
Stores
The Stores settings page lets you manage your company's physical locations. Navigate to Settings > Stores to access it.
Viewing Stores
View all stores in your company. Each store is listed with its key details.
Creating a Store
To create a new store, provide:
- Store name
- Address
- Timezone
The timezone is used for scheduling and attendance calculations at that location.
Editing Stores
Edit store details at any time. Changes apply to future scheduling and reports.
Store Members
Each store can have its own set of members. Users are assigned to stores via store roles (e.g., Shift Manager, Staff).
Geo-fencing
Stores have geographic coordinates that are used for punch location validation. When employees clock in or out, the system can verify they are within the expected area for that store.
Deleting a Store
Deleting a store removes all associated data — schedules, punches, assignments, and more. Use this option with caution. Consider deactivating or archiving instead if you need to preserve historical data.
