Visibility Levels
Documents can have different visibility levels depending on your organization's settings. Common options include private, team, and company-wide.
Sharing with Specific Users
Share a document with specific users and set permission levels:
- View — Can read the document but not edit
- Edit — Can make changes to the document
- Admin — Can manage sharing and permissions
Managing Access
- View who has access — See a list of people who have access to the document
- Update permissions — Change someone's permission level
- Revoke access — Remove someone's access at any time
Shared with Me
Documents others have shared with you appear in the Shared with me filter. You can find them quickly without searching through all documents.
Document References
Link documents to each other for cross-referencing. Create links that open another document from within the current one. This is useful for related policies, procedures, or related content.
