View and manage customer bookings.
Managing Appointments
View and manage all customer appointments from the Appointments section.
Accessing Appointments
Navigate to the Appointments section in the app.
Views
Switch between:
- List view — All appointments in a table format with columns for date, time, customer, service, and status
- Calendar view — Appointments displayed on a calendar for a visual overview
Filtering and Search
- Filter by status — Show only Pending, Confirmed, Cancelled, Completed, No Show, or Expired
- Search — Search by customer email or name to find specific appointments
Quick Actions
Each appointment has quick actions:
- Confirm — Mark as confirmed
- Complete — Mark as completed after the appointment
- Cancel — Cancel the appointment
- No Show — Mark when the customer did not show up
Appointment Details
Click an appointment to open a drawer with full details:
- Customer information
- Service booked
- Date and time
- Status history
- Notes
Rescheduling
Reschedule appointments when needed. Change the date or time and the customer can be notified of the update.
Pagination
For large appointment lists, use pagination to move through pages. The number of appointments per page can usually be adjusted in settings.
