Viewing Your Schedule

Your personal schedule shows all your upcoming shifts. Here's how to use it.

Accessing Your Schedule

Navigate to Schedule > My Schedule in the app.

Daily View

In daily view, you see shifts for a single day with hour markers along the timeline. This view is useful for focusing on one day at a time.

Weekly View

In weekly view, you see the full week at a glance. All your shifts across the week are displayed in a grid layout.

Understanding Shift Cards

Each shift displays:

• Time range — Start and end time
• Store name — Which store the shift is at
• Color — Shifts are color-coded by store for quick identification

Schedule Stats Bar

A stats bar shows totals for the current period:

• Total shifts — Number of shifts in the view
• Hours scheduled — Total hours across all shifts
• Working days — How many days you're scheduled
• Stores — Number of different stores you're working at

Navigating the Schedule

• Use Previous and Next buttons to move between days or weeks
• Click Today to jump back to the current date
• The view remembers whether you're in daily or weekly mode

Where Shifts Come From

Shifts in your schedule can come from:

• Contract-based scheduling — Automatic assignments based on your contracts
• Manual assignment — Shifts created by your manager
