Time Tracking
Clock in, track hours, and manage your attendance.
Time Tracking
The time tracking system in Arbeon lets you record when you start and stop work, take breaks, and review your hours. It's built around a punch-based clock system: you punch in when you arrive, punch out when you leave, and optionally punch for breaks. Your punches form a record of attendance that appears on timesheets and can be corrected when needed.
Punch-Based Clock In/Out
You record your attendance by punching. Each punch has a type (Clock In, Clock Out, Break Start, Break End) and a timestamp. The system uses these punches to calculate how long you worked and whether you're currently on the clock.
Break Tracking
If your organization uses break tracking, you can punch Break Start when you take a break and Break End when you return. Breaks are excluded from your worked hours, so your timesheet reflects only actual work time.
Timesheet Views
Timesheets let you review your hours over a day, week, or calendar period. You can see when you punched in and out, total hours, and break intervals. Use timesheets to verify your attendance and prepare for payroll.
Correction Requests
If you forgot to punch, punched at the wrong time, or need to fix any other mistake, you can submit a correction request. Managers and admins can approve or reject corrections, and approved changes update your attendance records.
Geo-Fencing
Some organizations enable geo-fencing for punches. When enabled, your location is checked against your store's location when you punch. This ensures punches are recorded only when you're at or near the correct location.
