Timesheets
Review your hours worked and attendance records.
Timesheets
The Timesheets page lets you review your punch records and see how many hours you've worked. You can view data by day, week, or on a calendar layout, filter by store, and export or request corrections when needed.
Three Views
Timesheets offer three ways to view your data:
- Daily view — Shows punches and totals for a single day. Use it to verify one day's attendance.
- Weekly view — Shows punches across a week. Use it to see patterns and weekly totals.
- Calendar view — Shows your attendance on a calendar grid. Use it to see which days you worked and total hours across weeks or months.
Switch between views using the controls at the top of the timesheet.
Filter by Store
If you work at multiple stores, use the store filter to see timesheets for a specific store. This keeps your view focused and makes it easier to reconcile hours per location.
Punch Times and Intervals
For each day or shift, you see:
- Punch-in and punch-out times — The exact timestamps of each punch.
- Intervals — The duration between clock-in and clock-out, and between break start and break end.
- Break durations — How long each break lasted; these are excluded from worked hours.
Visual Timeline
A visual timeline shows your work hours across the day. Blocks or bars represent when you were on the clock. Gaps represent breaks or time when you were not punched in. The timeline makes it easy to see at a glance how your day was structured.
Break Durations Included
Break time is clearly separated from worked time. Your total hours worked excludes breaks. The timesheet shows both break durations and net work time so you can confirm the numbers.
Export to CSV
You can export timesheet data to CSV. Use this to share records with payroll, keep personal backups, or analyze your hours in a spreadsheet. The export typically includes punch times, totals, and store information. Use the Export button or link on the timesheet page.
Request Corrections
From the timesheet view, you can request a correction for any punch. If you see a wrong time, a missing punch, or any other error, open the correction flow (often via a button or link on the row or punch) and describe what needs to change. Managers and admins will review and approve or reject your request.
